Continuity of Operations Plan

The HRPP has developed a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to ensure that essential research oversight functions continue during emergencies, disasters, or disruptions. The plan outlines critical functions, staffing adjustments, communication strategies, and contingency planning to maintain oversight of human research and the protection of human research participants during emergencies. This communication plan is designed to raise awareness about the COOP among HRPP staff, Institutional Review Board (IRB) members, investigators, study teams, and external stakeholders.
